Canada Post is being called a "sex censor" by a Vancouver erotica shop after the Crown corporation refused to carry the store's newsletter because it contained the words penis and vagina. John Ince, co-owner of The Art of Loving store, said, "Canada Post policy is unreasonable and even harmful to the sexual health of Canadians." He said the material in the Art of Loving newsletter is candid, but suitable for children. He said he had not received a single complaint after copies of the newsletters were distributed to homes as an insert in the Vancouver Courier weekly newspaper and by a private delivery service. Mr. Ince said Canada Post was a "sex censor" because it won't deliver the store's newsletter in Vancouver apartment buildings. However, Canada Post spokesman John Caines said, "It's a business. He can put it in an envelope."
