Our erotic nature is a wellspring of strength and confidence. When we embody the fullness of our sexuality we claim the fullness of our human potential. Using breath, dialogue, media and other experiential techniques we will focus attention on this rich internal territory.

You will learn new skills to deepen your passion and pleasure and acquire fresh new insights about your self and relationships. For example, much of our sexuality consists of automatic patterns that we have internalized without conscious choice. This seminar will help you identify these erotic reflexes, gently challenge them and determine whether they serve you.

As the ancient Tantric and Taoist cultures appreciated, when we enhance our sexuality the benefits are much broader than the erotic domain. We nourish and amplify the flame at the core of our Being.

No nudity will occur, but we will view some explicit media.
