Vaginal Pain…It’s not in your head!
Do you experience pain with intercourse? It’s not in your head! Many women suffer from a common and often misunderstood vaginal pain condition called vulvar vestibulodynia, also know as vulvar vestibulitis syndrome or vulvodynia. Pain can be experienced with intercourse or other sexual contact. Some women also experience discomfort with tampon use, a medical exam, riding a bike, sitting, or wearing tight pants. You will leave this seminar informed about this condition - the causes, treatment and supports – enabling you to make informed decisions regarding your health care and sexuality. 1 1/2 hrs long
