This customer service position is responsible for effectively maintaining all store operations such as daily procedures, sales in store and online with a strong focus on customer service, education and safety. An open minded sex positive attitude is a must with strong communication skills and a love of working with the public! We also keep a blog and have active social networking accounts to which you will be contributing.
Your Skills and Experience
* Necessary: Previous retail or sales experience, computer skills including excel, word, web research, email, and the ability to learn new sales-related software, and a little bit of social networking. You must be a people-person and be able to talk to customers about sexuality and products. We ask that you commit to at least one year with us, as there is a lot to learn!
* Beneficial: Inventory management experience, knowledge of sexual products, Photoshop and Illustrator.
You would need to be available for up to 3 evening shifts starting at 6pm -- 10pm during the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) and possibly a weekend shift. You will likely be working on holidays also.
A key feature we need for this position is flexibility with work hours and attention to details!
Rate of pay TBD depending on experience. We will only be responding to potential candidates.
