Sometimes, we have to cancel our seminars. We do this when there’s an emergency, if the seminar presenter is sick, or when there simply isn’t enough interest (in a city like Vancouver, sunny evenings on the beach have their own appeal, we understand).
We hate cancelling seminars. We know that we’re letting you down, and we know that it is inconvenient for you and for us. When we do have to cancel one, we feel really bad. I feel personally guilty to have to call you, the customer, knowing that what I am about to say will disappoint you.
