Riding the Ocean Breath

You'll probably be receiving a material possession from your partner this holiday, but sometimes, sharing a moment of intimacy is the biggest gift of all. Being generous with your time and attention will take you both to new blissful heights.  Be in the moment together with this Tantric exercise, called the "Ocean Breath".

Both partners lie on their sides, in the “spoon position”, with one partner’s back touching the other partner’s front. Make sure you both have adequate pillow support and take time to become really comfortable.  In this position both partners, although very close to each other, can move independently.  When ready, the outer "spoon" can begin to synchronize his or her breathing to their partner’s.  Once you've matched your breathing rhythms, slow down your breaht, inhale and exhale deeply.... and feel the waves of warmth and intimacy you’re creating.
