As a New Year resolution, most of us think along the lines of losing weight, cleaning out the junk drawer, getting over the ex, eating more vegetables,

Reduces Stress. Just like after a good workout, your muscles will feel relaxed and you will feel more comfortable in your own skin. Physical intimacy plays a big part on next-day stress levels and mood!

Sex is a calorie burner! The average lovemaking session burns between 50 and 100 calories. Having sex three times a week burns 7500 calories per year. That’s same as jogging over 120 kilometers!

Helps blood circulation and promotes healthy skin. Blood carries oxygen throughout your body. Sex helps the blood circulate to your skin, making it glow. No need to spend all that cash on expensive moisturizers to look younger! (On a side note about skin care, Sex also boosts our natural collagen production, which can ward off age spots and wrinkles.)

Healthy sperm. Frequent sex = more volume and higher sperm count.

These are just a few of many beneficial facts about sex. So go on, indulge in a New Year resolution that will get you down and dirty instead of prim and proper!
