Get and Keep the Relationship You Want Part 2 Feb 21st

This 2-hour workshop will start off with a brief review of topics covered in Part 1, including how to manage conflict, break free from unhealthy emotional patterns, and create lasting fondness and admiration. From there, you will learn how to build trust, love and loyalty in your relationships as well as adopt a shared sense of purpose. As in Part 1, Jason uses a mix of personal/clinical experiences and interactive exercises to help demystify the complicated art of enduring connection. You’ll be able to apply the tools learned in this workshop to all areas of your life, with the take away that resilient relationships are based on enhancing your ability to understand and be understood.
