What are Lambskin Condoms?

About lambskin condoms..
What exactly are lambskin condoms? They are one of humanities oldest condoms that are still used today. They aren’t actually made of skin, but with an internal membrane naturally found in lambs. Made from a pouch called the cecum in the lamb’s digestive track. The pouch dead ends and naturally has a phallic shape. Due to processing and limited cecum per lamb, natural lambskin condoms are quite expensive.
You wear it over the penis just as most other condoms are used. With proper use, natural lambskin condoms will prevent pregnancies with the same 98% guarantee as other condoms. However, they will NOT prevent transmission of STI’s and HIV. The pores in the cecum membrane are small enough to stop sperm from penetrating, but large enough for viruses to pass.
Lambskin is good for people with latex sensitivities or allergies that are also concerned with being eco-friendly. These condoms will biodegrade, unlike plastic/synthetic condoms that will never break down. Latex condoms take a long time to break down and sometimes contain other materials that will not degrade. Lambskin condoms can also be used with oil-based lubricants, unlike latex.
If you are concerned with STI and HIV prevention, do not use lambskin condoms, stick with conventional latex or polyurethane condoms.
If you are vegan or vegetarian, please do not use lambskin as they are made with animal product.
