Have you ever bought a rechargeable sex toy, skipping home to try it, only to find out that it’s not working? Maybe it isn’t charging, or it won’t even turn on. It’s a bummer! You spent that money and time researching and finding the perfect toy. Now we’re here?
Unfortunately, this happens sometimes. If you aren’t buying from a reputable business, your emails about your defective purchase go unanswered, there may be no warranty, or your purchase never makes it to you.
We got your back! We’re a small team that want to share our knowledge with you. The Art of Loving has a minimum 1-year warranty on all rechargeable toys, even if you’ve already opened and used them. What this means is that if your toy is defective in any way (this includes your charging cable), we test everything out and see if you need a replacement. Sometimes electronics are confusing, and you might just pop in for 5 minutes as we run through how to turn travel lock off. Other times stuff just don’t work and we’ll grab you a new one. We like to open and test the new one with you just to make sure you don’t have to come back.
Don’t get it wrong, we do have a “no refund or exchange policy” if you’ve left the store. We do try our best to help you find what you need within your budget and preferences. If we don’t think we have what you need, we’ll give you advice and other places to check out. Most of the sex toy shops around Vancouver are locally owned small businesses that rely on honesty and good service to keep running. That includes us! We do want you to be happy and confident with either a purchase or some advice, because that’s the best for all of us.
