50 Questions to Ask Before Opening Your Relationship: Conversation Starters for Couples Exploring Ethical Nonmonogamy:

More and more people are considering exploring relationship structures other than monogamy. Whether it's for the thrill of new experiences, a desire to explore the depths of your sexuality, or a pursuit of personal and relational growth, nonmonogamy can be highly rewarding and enticing. But it can also come with challenges. In this book, Dr. Rachael Meir helps you process those challenges upfront with 50 carefully crafted questions to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and expectations with honesty, curiosity, and an open mind. Under her expert guidance, you will:

Discover Your Motivations: Uncover the true reasons behind your desire to open your relationship and ensure you're taking this step for the right reasons.

Evaluate the Health of Your Existing Relationship: Assess the strength and stability of your current relationship to create a solid foundation for nonmonogamy.

Enhance Communication Skills: Develop the essential skills for clear, honest, and effective communication, setting the stage for successful and fulfilling open relationships.

Identify Growth Opportunities: Recognize areas where you can improve emotional regulation and personal development to support your nonmonogamous journey.

Each question is accompanied by additional context and gentle prompting to help guide you and your partner through the essential conversations that support a successful transition.

Whether you're single or partnered, taking the first step in your ENM life, or looking to deepen your existing nonmonogamous practices, 50 Questions to Ask Before Opening Your Relationship is your trusted companion for a fulfilling and ethical nonmonogamous life.
