About Sarah

When I was pregnant, I learned the basics of pelvic floor work but rarely practiced. It wasn’t until I jumped on a trampoline that I realized I needed to pay attention but it wasn't until 15 years later that I met Laura Doe Harris, sexological bodyworker and creatrix of Yonilates. Her work helped me reconnect with a part of my body that had been (literally) at the bottom of the list. You can’t unlearn that kind of embodiment.

I trained with Laura in 2018 and have been teaching ever since. As a somatic coach and yin yoga teacher, I’ve blended my experience to create Yoni Soma—a unique fusion of awareness, accountability, movement, and feminine embodiment.

With over two decades of teaching experience, I bring creativity, grounded wisdom, and joy to everything I teach. My work—whether in movement or coaching—always begins here, at the root. Because this is where our power lives.
