A HALLOWEEN COSTUME'S NEW FUTURE

Hope you all had a very happy Halloween!

Originating from the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, it has changed over the years into a night of tricks, treats, and (for some) a night to dress up and show some skin ;) But something that has always bothered me is: what to do with your Halloween costume after the festivities are over? Generally, mine sits somewhere in my room until I finally go and donate it. Now I'm thinking, maybe a way to reuse would be in role play!

Role play is a great way to get to know your partner(s) on a different level. It’s a peek into their desires; It’s being vulnerable, which is a little nerve-racking, but something that can ultimately lead to a deeper connection, through a unique-to-you shared experience. It can also be a way of finding refuge from day-to-day life; some folks like to read books to escape, and some find that escape through role play. Heck, I feel like nowadays we need a bit of an escape more than ever – why not try it out, see if it works for you?
