The study kept track of how many servings the men ate of plant-based food high in flavonoids that are good for arterial health. There are lots of foods rich in flavonoids you might have in your fridge already that can help you with all their sexy compounds. Some of these foods include Apples, Blueberries, Citrus fruits and strawberries. In the end the main study discovery was that the men who ate more food rich in flavonoids were less likely to experience ED.

So, over all consuming more fruit and plant-based foods in general you are less likely to experience Erectile Dysfunction. This is because combined with staying active and not smoking your body produces more Nitric Oxide. Nitric oxide is produced by arteries and help them to relax and allow for more blood flow. With more blood flow you have the less likely you are to experience heart disease and as it turns out ED. So for the sake of your health and your sex life eat some fruit do some push ups and enjoy and remember sex burns calories too.
