Lighting Your Room for the Right Mood

About colour and light in your bedroom…
We all love a sex low light candle lit bedroom. Whether you’re by yourself or with another, creating a nice ambience can really change your experience. Maybe you live in a rental space where candles are banned, or you’d rather not worry about fire safety.
Coloured LED lights are a great option if you want to spice up the bedroom atmosphere. You might have to change your bulbs or install some new light fixtures, but it will be worth it. It’ll be worth the power saving too! LED lights use less than half the energy an incandescent bulb requires to light up.
There are lots of colour changing LED lights on the market. I prefer getting bulbs that have the full colour spectrum so I can really adjust to my liking. If I’m doing late night work on the computer, I’ll use the “prison setting” (that’s just what I call it). It’s just pure white. Makes me feel like I’m stuck in an office, but it keeps me awake. If I’m doing late night “work” on myself, I can set it to whatever colour I want to get the mood going.
But what colour should I pick? Let’s see what colour psychology has to offer! Different colours evoke different emotions. This isn’t 100% universal, but most people agree that red symbolizes passion for example. Let’s see what colours work best for your chosen mood.
Red - Often associated with passion, love, and desire, red lighting can ignite excitement. It's an ideal choice if you want to create a bold statement in your bedroom.
Pink – Pink evokes warmth and tenderness. A soft pink can be more soothing and less intense than red. A deeper pink, while still less intense than red, feels energetic and fun.
Blue – We know blue for its tranquil nature. The ocean and whatnot. If you’re looking for a chill night, a softer shade of blue might be the way to go.
Purple – Purple is royal, mysterious, and luxurious. It’s a mix of red and blue. Expect a mix of passion, tranquility, and intrigue. This might be the colour for you if you’re trying something new in your bedroom
Lighting is just one part of the ambience, but it can make a huge difference. As stated before, colour symbolism isn’t universal. Try different lighting options and see what you like best! Play around and see what you like! Maybe you really rock with green lighting. I don’t know!!!
Peace and Love.
