About ordering from us...
While we encourage everyone to visit us in store for more personalized help, we understand that some folks still prefer to order online. Whether it’s due to mobility issues, convenience, or you’re still a bit shy, it’s all valid.
We have different shipping options depending on when you need your order. Orders over certain amounts get free shipping! See our Shipping & Returns FAQ for details. We use Canada post for areas outside Vancouver.
If you live in the greater Vancouver area, there is a chance that we can arrange same day shipping with a local courier. If you qualify, we will email you with the details we need to run that. If we don’t hear back from you, we may decide to use Canada Post to prevent delays. We cannot use the local courier if you are using a PO box.
We always wrap our packages in plain paper and our name on the label is “Taol.” If you have any special requests (ie. “Please remove price tags/Please remove product packaging), leave a note in your order or shoot us an email. We will do our best to accommodate.
