That’s right, baby! It’s Pride weekend in Vancouver!
Happy Pride, everyone! You may be confused, you may be thinking “Wait, I thought LGBTQ+ Pride month was June?” And you would be correct! However, here in Vancouver (for some reason) we, municipally on a city-organizing level, celebrate Pride in August! That means we get an even summer-y-er month to wave our flags and kiss our lovers! Here at The Art Of Loving, we are historically and contemporarily not only queer-friendly, but queer-forward. We aim to create a safe and judgement-free space for queer folk, trans and gnc folk, as well as everyone else! We know it can be a confusing world out there, especially if you’re trying to figure your gender or sexuality out, and how that affects your physical interactions with sex or sex-adjacent acts. We’re always here to provide a little info or guidance on how you can proceed, what sex toys might be best for you, and if we can’t provide it, where you can find it.
We want you to feel seen and supported here at The Art Of Loving, even when it isn’t Pride weekend. So when you’re done partying downtown, come give us a visit and we’ll set you up with something good to use on the other 51 weekends in the year!
