"I noticed a bulging lump sensation in my vagina"

Let's de-stigmatize pelvic organ prolapse and talk about how to strengthen your pelvic muscles so you can avoid prolapse (and have better orgasms) (and help urinary incontinence).

Here's a quick video on pelvic prolapse to watch (not mandatory but it's a nice video).

When we talk about pelvic prolapse, we typically think that it's only likely to happen to older women. Post birth, or muscle degradation post menopause makes the muscles (known as the pelvic floor) supporting the pelvic organs weak and unable to support them. Just because you're younger doesn't mean that you're in the clear. Pelvic prolapse can "affect up to 50% of women during their lifetime." So basically a coin flips chance. Not to worry, there are steps we can take to lower this statistic.

Here's a video with pelvic exercises you can follow at home to strengthen your muscles. It's ~15 minutes so it won't take too much time out of your day and it's easy to follow.

If you want to take it a step further and work internally you can try Kegel balls. Healthline has this great in-depth article on how to use kegel balls and goes over its benefits. It also goes into how you can use Kegels for pleasure.

If you're interested in getting started with Kegel balls, the Smartball Uno is a great beginner ball. There is a Duo option if you want to work up to it/already have experience. We also have this super cute Mango Tropical 6 Piece set with various weights.

Stay healthy and active :)
